ALTIX introduces ADIX-SA a new Direct Imaging solution using ALDS™ Technology
ALTIX-Automatech, 20-year experience provider of photolithography solutions for printed circuit boards (PCBs) and flexible printed circuit board (FPCs), today announced the introduction in Asia and North America of its new ADIX-SA Direct Imaging solution for small & middle volume, Quick Turn Around (QTA) and samplings productions dedicated to HDI, multilayers, flexible PCBs and rigid-flex applications.
“This new Altix innovative solution, which obtained already a very large audience in Europe after the product launch last year, responds to the needs from our PCB customers to enhance the quality of the image for the most complex consumer electronics devices, to drastically cost down the manufacturing process and to gain maximum production flexibility”, emphasized Mr. Frédéric Baradel, Sales & Marketing Vice President of Altix. “Moreover, ADIX enables to enlarge our product range from traditional UV exposure systems towards direct printing solutions with the advantage to provide our customers with complete and adequate solutions”.
ADIX-SA is a semi-automatic Direct Imaging solution using ALDSTM technology, an advanced high power UV LEDs with High Resolution DMD system, designed with high autofocus and depth-of-focus to accurately image fine-line resolution down to 20μm (L/S) plus to register down to ±8μm the image to the panel on the most challenging surfaces and at the lowest cost.
ADIX-SA will be accompanied soon with a fully automatic product range extension in order to meet the medium & mass production needs.
